Congratulations to the following PAX Spotlight students!!
Lucas-When Lucas has a puzzled look on his face, don’t let him trick you. He knows more than he lets on and then comes in for the score. Speaking of scores, this scholar scored across his MAPS reading and language arts goal with a 19-point growth and reached his goal for the reading benchmark as well. Lucas is a team player and is willing to lend a helping hand. His silly attitude keeps me shaking my head while still smiling. I love this about Lucas. This PAX leader is ready to explore and learn. Bring it, Lucas!!!
Everleigh- This assertive basketball player is also assertive in attacking her MAPS goals with much growth to be proud of. Her cute smile is contagious, and her candied spirit is sure to melt your heart. She is fast on the court and fast to get all her station work completed. She has a BIG heart and is willing to assist in any way. When you just need a hug to warm the heart, she is your girl. Everleigh is a PAX leader in and out of the classroom and is a little Brave with a Big willingness to serve. Thank you Everleigh, I’m so proud of you!
Milani- Look out! Here comes a mighty warrior on the court and in the classroom. When Milani falls, she gets right back up and fights even harder. There is no task too big or too small that she will not give it her all. She loves to help her classmates and does it with a smile. She most definitely has a fighting spirit and makes me proud to know her. She is a PAX leader and often gets recognized in the library for her respectful manners. She always answers with Yes, Ma’am or No, Ma’am and I just love that about her. Super proud of you Milani, keep it up!!

2nd graders in Mrs. Miranda's room learned about Anton van Leeuwenhoek and how he created his very own type of microscope. They discussed how he used it to study microbiology and bacteria! Students went outside to see what we could see by magnifying it with our magnifying glasses!

We will be lining up in the circle so we ask anyone from the community that wants to join us to please be here a few minutes early and park in student parking north of the HS.
Let's cheer Henry on to state! 💪🏼💜💛

Our students would like to invite parents and guardians on Thursday, March 26th at 7:30 am to Yogurt, Chiefs and You! As we head into the busy spring we want to take a moment to spend time with you, our parents, and thank you for what you do for our students everyday.

Join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Thursday April 2nd! PK, K, 1st, and 2nd Grade at 12:00 pm and 3rd-5th Grade at 2:00pm.
