It gives me great pleasure to announce Andrew Ortiz recipient of the Texas Tech Parents Association Student Academic Leadership Award representing the College of Education.
Since 1974, the Association has honored outstanding students, one from each college, who demonstrate excellence in academics as well as leadership. It is a great honor to have been selected as an outstanding scholar in your field.
