Wow! What an amazing start to the 2025-2026 School Year! The following students were recognized today for starting the year strong with their PAX leadership skills! They are focused on their growth mindset and doing better everyday.

Taylor has come into class every day with a ready to learn attitude. She has been stretching her brain and putting everything she has into becoming a better writer. Her effort she has been given daily is a true testament to how much I believe she will grow this year in 4th Grade. Great start to the year Taylor.

Madelyn is an outstanding Pax leader. She takes her time, perfects her penmanship, and uses text evidence to justify her answers! She is the first on my exemplary student work board!

Khristian is an amazing Pax leader. He gets the job done, helps his friends, and is ready for a challenge. His positive attitude fills the room with a sweet aroma!

Ezekiel is a Pax leader through and through. He is the first to jump up and help with Chrome books, passing out papers, and helping any friends in need!

Derick is a polite young man who is ready and eager to learn new things! Each day he come with a big grin to offer, is working hard on PAX, and does really well following directions.

Karly is a quiet powerhouse! She is a positive example of what a PAX leader looks like- she comes to school each day ready to work and she has no problem kindly reminding her peers to make good PAX choices.

A.J. is another quiet PAX leader in our classroom! He is always willing to participate in class discussions and is doing well making adjustments to First Grade expectations.

Oaklyn- Since the first day of school, she has been rocking her PAX Expectations. Coming in new is sometimes hard, and Oaklyn is being a fantastic leader and does a wonderful job of meeting and EXCEEDING her expectations.

Lana -From the very start, Lana has been rocking it in class with her hard work, positive attitude, and kindness toward others. She always shows up ready to learn and goes above and beyond to set a great example for her classmates.

Justyn-You have shown so much leadership in our classroom, and it does not go unnoticed. You are the type of student who leads by example!Keeping up the good work!!!

Patrick has been such a great leader with his PAX Expecations by helping his new classmates learn the rules and expectations!

Maggie is rocking her PAX expectations and has been leading by example. She is wonderful at showing others how to be a great friend!

Ava is a true example of PAX! She comes to school every single day with a positive attitude and she is enthusiastic about learning and shares her enthusiasm with the class.

Emmy has been an excellent PAX Leader! She loves math and enjoys being a class helper… especially when they need help with math!

Phoenix has been working hard in the classroom. He is kind to his friends and a joy to have. He is ready to learn new things and willing to help his friends when they need it.  He knows some things are hard but with the power of YET,  he will achieve all his goals.

Addison is so ready and eager to learn new things. She is kind to her friends and respectful to her teacher. She loves to answer questions and give feed back during our discussion time. She can not wait to pick up a book and read to her younger brother.  She said I can't do it YET, but I will! She is a great addition to our classroom family!

Our entire fourth grade has been recognized by several different staff this last week. They came in ready to work hard and have really set the tone for this school year. They are great examples of PAX in the hallways, classroom, and cafeteria!

Thank you to ALL of these amazing PAX leaders. We can't wait to see what you accomplish this year.
