We have put together a Padlet of Parent Resources to help you have more information about our curriculum and how to access some of the digital platforms from home for extra practice. Elementary had a blast celebrating International Dot Day! We celebrate Dot Day to encourage creativity, courage, and self-expression, inspired by Peter H. Reynolds' children's book The Dot. The day celebrates the idea that everyone has a creative spirit and can make their mark on the world, starting with something small, like a dot.

We recognized the following PAX Leaders this week for rocking their PAX Expectations and being phenomenal leaders this year!

The following students were all recognized for their fabulous PAX leadership during PE: Alik and Kate. Way to go!! Thank you for rocking expectations during Specials!

Yuliana has been rocking PAX this year! She showed up in Kindergarten ready to lead. She always has a smile on her face and wants to be a good example for her pre-k sister.

Miles is consistently participating in class. He knows what a PAX leader should be doing in class and out and enjoys showing us what he knows on a daily basis.

Emma is an outstanding PAX leader and scholar. Model a concept once and she runs with it. A growth mindset is her base for learning. She accepts challenges and practices to achieve excellence. As a station manager, she takes her job serious and with pride. She loves to help her classmates and makes our home away from home a better place to learn! I’m super proud of Emma!!!

Karly comes to school everyday ready to ROCK 1st grade! She is a kind PAX leader to her classmates, she is respectful to adults, and is constantly ready to face her new YET…no challenge is too big for this powerhouse.

Adrian (A.J.) is a quiet young leader! He leads as a 1st grade PAX example showing kindness, respect, and always putting his best effort into each new challenge. He’s learning that our classroom is a place of growing, learning, and even speaking up/out.
